Short Take: Women in Technology International to name hall of famers

Women in Technology International will name 16 women to its 1997 Hall of Fame during its annual conference in Santa Clara, California, on June 5. The honor recognizes women who "have encouraged young women to choose careers in science and technology, enabled and encouraged other women in science and technology to enrich their own lives, or created technology with a significant impact on society."
