Short Take: Women.com incorporating parent site into network

Women.com said it is folding ParentTime.com, Procter & Gamble's community site for parents, into its network of women's sites via a $15 million "multiyear" agreement with the big maker of household products. Under the deal, which expands on a 3-year-old relationship between the two companies, Women.com will also promote P&G's beauty and home care products online. ParentTime was previously jointly owned by P&G and Time Warner.
