Online prize club webstakes.com and PC Flowers&Gifts have signed a one-year deal to develop a new gifts, flowers and food channel on the Webstakes.com site. The company, which now focuses on Internet-only sweepstakes and giveaways, said the deal will enable them to tap into the growing gifts and flowers market, which Forrester Research now ranks ahead of music and consumer electronics an online growth market.
