Beginning July 10, Matsushita Electric Industrial will offer a 440-gram, palm-sized digital video camera that can take digital still pictures. In addition to its video recording capabilities, the NV-C1 can hold up to 48 pictures--12 in its highest resolution. It will sell for 230,000 yen ($1,631) in the Japanese market.
