Short Take: VentureTech intends to acquire Internet Casinos

VentureTech will acquire the assets and business rights of Internet Casinos. Under a letter of intent signed by the two companies, Internet Casinos will receive up to 140,000 earn-out shares of VentureTech stock and an override of net revenues from ICI's existing client base.
