Short take: USA Talks.com to launch Internet-based phone service

USA Talks.com announced that it would roll out an Internet based long distance phone service available for a flat fee in California starting late September. The service called PhoneClub, tailored to small businesses and residences, will require users to dial a local number and then speak to an automated system to dial a long distance number.
