Pegasus Systems announced that it would pay travel agents who belong to its commission processing service $1 for every reservation booked through its TravelWeb site. The fee is an incentive to wean travel agents from the telephone and onto the site, which now is used primarily by individual leisure travelers, according to Pegasus.
