Short Take: Tivoli promotes Yellin

The network management software subsidiary of IBM, Tivoli Systems, today promoted Bob Yellin to senior vice president. Yellin, 47, previously general manager of Tivoli's S/390 Business Unit, will now run Tivoli's development organization, its S/390, Enterprise, Storage and Packaged Solutions business units, and its Product Services Group.
