Short Take: TheStreet.com's Cramer to return to CNBC

TheStreet.com's James Cramer will return as a guest analyst on CNBC after a one-show absence following a network review of comments he made on "Squawk Box." According to a report by the Associated Press, a CNBC spokesman said the network would discuss the results of the review during the show tomorrow. WavePhore had claimed Cramer said during the Dec. 2 show that he had tried to "short" WavePhore stock, an allegation that the money manager has since denied. WavePhore stock jumped some 72 percent before Cramer's comments, but has fallen ever since. Cramer said he does not own any WavePhore shares, and routinely discloses all of his holdings to CNBC and other media where he appears.
