Tel-Save Holdings has hired Gabriel Battista as its new chairman and chief executive officer. The long-distance telephone service reseller said Battista was previously the CEO of Network Solutions, a registration service for assigning Internet domain names. He joined the company in 1996, after serving as president and CEO of Cable & Wireless North America. Separately, Tel-Save Holdings has changed its name to Tel-Save.com, according to a release.
