Short Take: Tandem names VP and general manager

Tandem, a Compaq company, announced today that John O'Keefe has joined the parallel systems group as vice president and general manager of the Windows NT server systems unit. O'Keefe will be responsible for guiding Tandem's Windows NT systems development unit as well as the product marketing and product management groups. Most recently, O'Keefe was executive vice president of the Packard Bell-NEC server business unit.
