Sybase appointed Alan Park its vice president and general manager of North American field operations, Mindi Butterfield its vice president of marketing, and Scott Irey its treasurer. Before joining Sybase, Park was with Digital Equipment and IBM. Butterfield joined Sybase with the February 1995 acquisition of Powersoft, which she joined in 1992. Irey joined Sybase in 1992; before that he held positions at National City Bank and Star Bank.
