Short Take: Surfwatch announces school Net filter

Spyglass division Surfwatch Software announced SurfWatch Educational Edition for students in grades K-12. The product lets users access only preselected sites, which were chosen by the Children's Television Workship, NevaSoft, the Internet Scout Project, the Tech Museum of Innovation, and Yahooligans. The edition costs educational institutions $495 for up to 50 users.
