Superscape has announced the launch of version 5.0 of its virtual reality authoring software for Web sites. The suite incorporates support for VRML 2.0 and the Virtual World Wide Web format, SVR. Other features include Microsoft's Direct3D support, Gouraud shading capability, Z-buffering, and support for accelerated graphics cards and MMX. The software is priced at $3,995.
