Short Take: Sun licenses SunTest Java tools

Sun Microsystems has licensed its SunTest Java testing tools to IBM. The tools will be used by IBM to develop 100 Percent Pure Java applications for internal use, according to IBM. The license agreement includes rights to use Sun's JavaStar, JavaSpec, and JavaScope tools.
