Short Take: Sprint holders OK PCS shares

Sprint shareholders approved a proposal to allow the company to take full control of its PCS wireless unit, and create a new class of stock to track the performance of its operations. Sprint will regain ownership from Tele-Communications Incorportated, Cox Communications and Comcast, in exchange for low-vote shares in the new PCS stock, according to the company.
