Speedware has released a new version of its OrderPoint software for business-to-business Internet commerce. The software, formerly called Speedware Store, serves as a ready-to-install framework into which companies can import inventory and images. The software costs $20,000 for Windows NT and $30,000 for Unix from Hewlett-Packard, Sun, and IBM. It also supports most databases, including Oracle, Informix, Sybase, SQL/Server, Allbase, and ISAM.
