Short Take: Softbank investment in Yahoo complete

Yahoo has completed its agreement with Japan's Softbank Holdings for a $250 million private placement of common stock. Softbank, the Tokyo-based software distribution giant, now owns about 31 percent of Yahoo in addition to its significant holdings in Ziff-Davis, Kingston Technology , and E*Trade Group.
