Short Take: Silicon Valley Research settles Mentor Graphics suit

Silicon Valley Research (SVRI) settled a breach of contract lawsuit brought against it by Mentor Graphics. The suit alleged that SVRI violated a technology exchange agreement. The settlement provides for the exchange of some technology and rights to it, as well as the issuance of about 600,000 shares of SVRI common stock worth approximately $800,000.
