Information provider Seagate Technology announced the promotion of two executives: James P. Anderson becomes vice president of finance, Singapore operations, and Kathleen M. Snouffer becomes vice president of finance, drive design centers. Also, Stephen P. Sedler joins the company as vice president of taxes.
