Short Take: Samsung cell phones to use Pixo microbrowser

Pixo, a privately held mobile commerce company and maker of cellular phone microbrowsers, signed a deal with Samsung Electronics under which the Korean wireless handset manufacturer will integrate Pixo software in its new line of mobile phones. The deal allows the growing Samsung to offer additional features on its phones and gives Pixo, which competes against the likes of Microsoft and Phone.com, a powerful distribution channel. Pixo also signed deals with AirFlash.com, Kivera and PayPal.com.
