Short Take: PlanetRx appoints CFO

Steve Valenzuela, brother of Yahoo CFO Gary Valenzuela, has been named CFO of online drugstore PlanetRx. He was formerly CFO at LinkExchange, which was acquired by Microsoft late last year. Both PlanetRx and Yahoo count venture capitalist Michael Moritz of Sequoia Capital among their directors; Sequoia was an early backer of both companies.
