Short Take: Paylink, Scitor licensing agreement

Internet service provider, Paxlink, entered a licensing agreement with Scitor International to establish low-cost Internet gateways in 250 countries. They plan to sell 2,200 points of presence (PoPs) worldwide through a joint venture program. Under this agreement, Paxlink will provide Internet access to markets where connectivity is unavailable or outdated.
