Panasonic Personal Computer released the CF-25 MK II, the second version of its multimedia notebook personal computer designed for durability. The notebook is resistant to water and dust, and is designed to absorb the shock of impacts, the company says. The computer is encased in a lightweight magnesium alloy, and the hard disk and floppy drive are mounted in a shock-absorbing gel compound. Prices range from $3,329 to $4,859.
