Outpost.com, a global Internet retailer of consumer technology products and an e-commerce services provider, has agreed to acquire CMPExpress, a private Internet retailer of technology products geared toward the business market. The $12 million purchase price will be paid in Outpost common stock. The transaction is expected to close within a week.
