After an ugly courting, Open Text has decided to ditch its dogged pursuit of PC Docs Group. Knowledge management firm Open Text said it has decided to withdraw its merger offer. PC Docs, a document management company, rejected the company's second offer and warned of a suit if Open Text pursued the deal.
