Short Take: Open Market to transfer Active Commerce rights

Open Market plans to transfer rights for its Active Commerce DB to Net tools vendor Bluestone. The technology links Web storefronts to legacy databases. In April, Bluestone will take over technical support and training for the product, to be renamed Sapphire/Open Market Commerce, while Open Market will become the primary reseller.
