Short Take: Novell joins Java tour sponsorship

Novell has joined IBM, Netscape Communications, and Sun Microsystems as a sponsor of the Java Education World Tour '97, which will kick off February 21 in San Francisco. On the first day of the tour, IBM senior vice president John M. Thompson, Netscape president and CEO Jim Barksdale, and Sun president and CEO Scott McNealy will deliver keynotes. The tour is intended to promote Sun's "100 Percent Pure Java" campaign.
