Nokia has agreed to acquire Santa Clara, Calif.-based Ramp Networks, which sells Internet security equipment for small office applications. Nokia will pay about $126 million for the publicly traded company. Ramp Networks' board of directors unanimously approved the deal. Nokia already sells network-security products to medium-sized and large businesses.
