Short Take: Nextlink wins Canadian wireless spectrum

Nextlink Communications has entered into a three-way partnership with Canadian wireless firm Wispra Networks and the TD Capital Group to bid on licenses for wireless spectrum in Canada. The companies have completed their applications and have been named provisional winners of high-speed, or broadband, wireless licenses in the 24 GHz band.
