idealab has introduced eWallet software that lets consumers buy on the Web with a single click. Stored securely on a user's PC, eWallet is compatible with existing credit and debit cards. As with other software wallets, consumers enter their billing and shipping information once and it can be used at different Web stores. The software is free to both consumers and merchants.
