Short Take: New Mexico governor mulls Net decency bill

New Mexico Governor Gary Johnson has until March 11 to sign state Senate bill 127, which would make it a misdemeanor offense to disseminate "indecent" material to a minor via computer or the Net. The proposed law also would make it illegal to lure a minor using a computer.
