Short Take: New Century Network to roll out HTML email newspaper delivery

New Century Network is in the final stages of testing a network-based HTML email delivery for newspapers nationwide. The back-end service, which will officially be launched in February and March, is currently being tested in Virginia and Las Vegas. Users will be able to pick and choose recurring features to receive, including favorite columnists, sports, weather, and even school lunch menus.
