Short Take: Network General reports Q4 results

Network General reported revenues of $68 million for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 1997, compared to $53 million for the same quarter last year. Net income, exclusive of charges associated with the acquisition of 3DV Technology was $13 million, or 29 cents per share. This year's revenues were $241 million, up from $189 million last year. Counting acquisition charges for both years, net income was $25 million this year, or 55 cents per share, up from $27 million, or 60 cents per share, last year.
