NetManage said revenue for the quarter dropped to $13.6 million, from $25.4 million for the same quarter last year. Net loss was $26.9 million, or 62 cents per share, compared with a net income of 200,000, or 1 cent a share. Results include a one-time charge of $16 million, or 37 cents per share, related to the acquisition of NetSoft, as well as a $5.2 million or 12 cents-per-share restructuring charge, which includes a workforce reduction, the write-off of intangible assets, and excess equipment.
