Walter Amaral has left to "pursue other opportunities," the company said. NetManage posted a second quarter loss of $4.5 million, marking the latest in a string of poor quarterly results for the company. NetManage also reported revenues of $12.7 million, a drop of more than twice its level of a year ago.
