NetManage, supplier of TCP/IP applications for Windows users, has acquired Relay Technology, a developer of network connectivity products. NetManage said the acquisition will expand its position as a vendor of PC connectivity products and services. Theodore Joseph, president and CEO of Relay, will take on the role of vice president of worldwide OEM sales for NetManage. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
