Short Take: Net mom out on bail

A Florida woman who live on the Net is free on bail after turning herself in for allegedly writing bad checks, according to the Associated Press. Authorities sought Elizabeth Ann Oliver, 40, on nine misdemeanor warrants, the AP said. Her husband also is wanted on similar charges. In all, the couple is being charged with writing at least 25 bad checks, worth more than $1,300, in 1989 and 1990.
