Short Take: Navy sailor discharge delayed again

The discharge of Navy Senior Chief Tim McVeigh was delayed again, and so was a related court decision. Because McVeigh is technically on leave, the Navy will put off its discharge at least until Tuesday. Meanwhile, McVeigh is awaiting a court ruling, also expected Tuesday, on whether the Navy broke the law when it asked America Online to divulge McVeigh's identity and link him to a screen profile that identified him as gay.
