Microsoft made official its long-standing complaint that the Justice Department has waffled on exactly what code it wants the software giant to remove from its Windows operating system. In a brief, Microsoft accused the government of changing its position "from week to week and from brief to brief." It also asked the court to order the DOJ to define exactly what "other product" it wants removed from Windows.
