Short Take: Morgan Stanley downgrades Nokia stock

Morgan Stanley Dean Witter downgraded Nokia stock to "neutral" from "outperform." The Finnish telecommunications equipment maker last week reported fourth quarter earnings that, although strong, did not beat expectations for the period by a margin as wide as in previous quarters, sending its stock lower. The company also announced a 2-for-1 stock split in tandem with the earnings report. Nokia ADRs fell 7.75 to 136.375.
