Short Take: Modacad plans name change to Styleclick.com

Modacad, founder of fashion e-commerce site styleclick.com, plans to switch its company name to styleclick.com. The new name, which must be approved by shareholders, reflects Modacad's further shift from its roots as a computer aided design (CAD) product firm to an Internet company, the company said in a statement. Styleclick.com's online sales offerings include clothing, footwear, gifts, and cosmetics.
