Microsoft's Paul Maritz, group vice president of platforms and applications, has filed to sell 15.1 percent of his holdings. Maritz plans to sell 257,000 shares from the 1.7 million he held as of September 24, according to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing. The shares are valued at $27 million. Maritz, however, has 498,000 options that he has yet to vest.
