Short take: Microsoft to increase customer support, services

Microsoft president Steve Ballmer said that the company plans to increase spending by nearly $200 million on technical support, information technology consultants for enterprise accounts, customer feedback, and other efforts to increase services to customers. Ballmer was speaking at Microsoft's annual financial analyst meeting.
