Short Take: Microsoft launches site for seniors

Microsoft launched Seniors and Technology, a Web site targeted at senior citizens. The move coincides with a United Nations International Year of the Older Persons awareness campaign. The site offers computer tips, computer training information, and links to seniors resources. It joins competitors ThirdAge, and SeniorNet in a relatively untapped niche.
