Short Take: McCaw satellite venture names CEO

ICO-Teledesic Global, the holding company created by mobile phone entrepreneur Craig McCaw's merger of satellite communications firms ICO Global Communications and Teledesic, named Greg Clarke as chief executive officer. Clarke, 42, formerly served as CEO of Britain's Cable & Wireless Communications. ICO-Teledesic is expected to offer Internet access and voice services via satellites.
