Short Take: Management moves at USi's PeopleSoft
Application service provider Usinternetworking has appointed Charles H. Cash as vice president of application consulting for USi's PeopleSoft business unit, and promoted Michael S. Harper to president of the same unit. Cash, who came to USi from The Hunter Group, has worldwide responsibility for USi's PeopleSoft application consulting, delivering both ASP and professional services solutions. Harper, the former vice president of the unit, is now responsible for leading the business unit in application consulting, engineering, partnering and marketing decisions.
