Search engine Lycos has launched the CompaniesOnline Active Channel for Microsoft's Internet Explorer 4.0. The new IE channel content will provide news on lawsuits, corporate management, and net worth changes, as well as mergers and acquisitions and earnings reports affecting Fortune 1,000 public and private companies.
