Short Take: Lotus files suit against Radnet

Radnet, developer of WebShare, announced that its competitor Lotus has filed a nuisance law suit against the company. The suit alleges that Radnet president and CEO Don Bulens, a former Lotus vice president, violated the terms of his Lotus employment agreement by recruiting a former Lotus salesperson away from Lotus. Radnet officials said the law suit is completely without merit.
