Lotus has announced the debut of a Web page for Domino developers called Developer Central. The Web site is designed as a resource for developers implementing Lotus products and technologies. Accessible via the company home page, Developer Central also will provide developer tools, evaluation and beta software, technical articles, tips, and a forum for peer-to-peer discussions.
